Terms of Use

1. What the site is, and what it costs

Friday Roller is four small arcade games — Roller Dash, Pin Drop, Stack Attack and Neon Snake — that run inside your browser. They are provided free of charge for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. There is no paid version, no subscription, no trial and nothing to buy.

2. No money, no wagering, no prizes

Nothing on this site can be bet, staked, bought, won, redeemed, traded or cashed out. There is no virtual currency, no in-game purchase, no prize, no reward of monetary value and no gambling of any kind. A score is only a number displayed on the page. If any wording, artwork or advertisement anywhere suggests otherwise, this clause is what actually applies.

3. No account, and no obligation to keep one

The site has no registration, no login and no forms. You are not our customer, subscriber or member — you are a visitor playing a game, and you may stop at any moment by closing the tab.

4. Your progress can be lost, and that is expected

Each game's best score is saved only in your own browser's local storage on the device you played on. It is not backed up anywhere. Clearing your browsing data, using private browsing, switching browsers or devices, or your browser evicting the storage will erase those scores permanently. That is a normal consequence of not asking you to register, and we accept no liability for lost scores or progress. Do not treat this site as a place to keep anything you care about.

5. Fair use

Play as much as you like. Please do not: tamper with the game code or stored values to fake a score and then present it as genuine; scrape, mirror, republish or rebrand the site; attempt to disrupt, overload or attack the site or the hosting behind it; or use the site or its artwork in a misleading way — in particular, in any way that implies it involves money, betting or payouts.

6. Content and ownership

The Friday Roller name, page design, written copy and game code belong to the site owner. You are welcome to link to the site and to share screenshots and scores. You may not resell, relicense or redistribute the site or its parts, or present them as your own work, without permission.

7. Provided as is, with no warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", free of charge. We aim to keep it online and working, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every browser or device. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and accept no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from using — or being unable to use — a free browser game. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Changes and availability

We may add, change or remove games, features or pages at any time, and we may update these terms; the date at the top always reflects the current version. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated terms. We may also take the site offline permanently without notice.

9. Good faith

These terms are meant to be read sensibly. They are not an attempt to trap anyone in fine print — if a clause turns out to be unenforceable in your jurisdiction, the rest still stands, and we will interpret the whole thing in the plain, good-faith way a reasonable person would read it. Any dispute should start with an email, not a lawyer.
